Afrobeats star Young Jonn has shared that he isn’t ready to settle down in a committed relationship at the moment.
Speaking on The Way Up podcast with Angela Yee, the singer explained that he prefers keeping things on a platonic level rather than diving into romance.
He admitted he is not in the right place to give his all to one person and doesn’t want to put anyone in a relationship where he might fall short of their expectations.
“Everybody loves love. I mean, love is wonderful. But I’m not really in that space where I can give so much of myself to one person. So, I’m just keeping it platonic with everybody,” he revealed.
“I don’t want a serious relationship right now. Because I feel like I won’t be able to give that person as much as I’m supposed to. So why put them in that situation?” he added.
Young Jonn’s remarks follow recent rumors linking him romantically with Adenike Adeleke, popularly known as Nikos Living.
