Women have been urged to support their children's education despite the difficult economic climate and to pray for their husband's success.
Pastor Mrs. Rosemary Timothy, the women's group coordinator and wife of the General Overseer of Olive Mountain of Prayers and Praise Ministry International, emphasized the importance of education during an interview following the church's recent National Women Convention in Lagos.
She encouraged women to ensure their children remain focused on their studies and complete their education, stating, "Despite the current state of Nigeria, education remains the best investment. I advise women to support their children, even with the little they can contribute from their businesses."
Pastor Timothy further encouraged women not to be discouraged by the economic situation, but to place their trust in God for provision, drawing inspiration from biblical times.
She remarked, "If you focus on Nigeria's economy, you'll feel overwhelmed. Every wise woman should look to God for her needs, not the economy. I believe God provides all we need according to His riches."
Speaking about the 14th edition of the women’s convention, Pastor Timothy highlighted the event as a platform for spiritual growth and empowerment. She noted that the ministry has implemented various support programs, including providing financial assistance to women starting small businesses.
Prophet Dr. Collins Timothy, the General Overseer of Olive Mountain of Prayers and Praise Ministry International, also congratulated the women on their successful convention. He called for faith in God to bring about positive change in the country, while urging the government to create more opportunities for the youth.
