Shyaka Noella, who is known on the X website in Rwanda, and her colleagues provided medical assistance to 800 people in the Kamonyi district in the Rugarika Sector in the Southern Province. It is an activity carried out on this Saturday, October 26, 2024, Shyaka together with his friends who use this website differently.
The medical aid provided is worth 2.4 million Frw. After doing this work, Jean De Nkurunziza who manages the Rugarika sector, said that they were happy about it. He said, “It is an activity that we have welcomed.
They came to work in our sector, we did various activities involving the community and eradicating malnutrition, we grew vegetables and we gave children a nutritious diet with milk. We welcome it to see young people doing these activities."
He went on to say that they were already supported by other partners, but this was the first time that they received a large financial support. Shyaka Noella, who collected the support given to these 800 residents, said that she started this project in 2023, with the aim of contributing to society.
He said, “I want us to use social media in a fair and positive way.
There are things that I sell and things that I profit from, but I wanted something that would benefit the company I'm in."
Last year Shyaka had collected aid for solidarity which was given to 430 people in the Bugesera region.
